Our master timelines details the essential event planning requirements leading to the event date. This schedule is updated weekly so that you have a clear snapshot of all event deliverables throughout the planning cycle.

Vendor contract negotiation
This important aspect of event management is often overlooked. Organizations are often too busy dealing with the broader challenges of the event to dive into the details of budgets and estimates provided by subcontractors. Not Event Access.
